Caricom Special Visa Cont'd

 

1. VALID PASSPORT

The expiration date must exceed that of the visa application date by at least six months. Your passport must be submitted with your application form and must have a blank page on which to affix the visa.

 

2.  PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH

The photograph accompanying each visa application must be a standard size passport photograph i.e. 45mm high x 35mm wide, printed on low gloss, plain – white photo quality paper showing close up of your head and top of your shoulders in sharp focus and clear. Please ensure that the applicant's name is written in block letters at the back of the photograph. This is necessary if, for any reason, the photograph becomes detached from the application form.

 

Photo Appearance - The Photograph must:

 

1.  be no more than 6 months old

 

2. show the applicant alone, looking directly at the camera with a neutral expression and his/her mouth closed

 

3.  show the applicant's eyes open and clearly visible

 

4.  exclude a head covering, except for religious reasons but your facial features from bottom of chin to top of forehead and both edges of your face must be clearly shown

 

The photograph may be in color or black and white, but must have a white background.  The photo must be pasted on, preferably using double sticky tape or glue. (No staples or paper clips). For further details please click here:

 

 

3. APPLICATION FEE: PAYMENT OPTIONS

The application fee is $100.00 U.S.D net (non-refundable) which can be paid by credit card or Banker’s cheque (International) payable to IMPACS. Banker's cheque must be forwarded to the Issuing Site along with your application. 

 

Children twelve (12) and under are not required to pay the visa application fee.  Cash or personal cheques will not be accepted.
